How it works
- Left: who, when, what it feels like, what they tried. Only what you tap or type is written.
- Middle: symptoms by body system. Yes = they have it (typed detail goes in parentheses). No = they deny it. Tap again to clear.
- Picking a complaint pulls its key questions into the blue Focus box and outlines the systems it touches. Everything else stays put; "+ more" shows the rarer rows.
- Right: the HPI, in Dr. Tseng's order. Red tags must be filled before Copy works; amber tags are reminders. "Still to ask" lists the complaint's key questions nobody has answered yet.
Keys
- / find a symptom Esc clear the search
- On a symptom row: ↑ ↓ move between rows; Y yes, N no,
F focal, G generalized (answers and moves down); ⌫ clears the row
- Rows with more choices use the letter in each button's tooltip, e.g. stools: R red,
B black, O both
- Ctrl/⌘ + Enter copy the HPI
- Tab moves row to row and through the fields; each symptom row is one stop
Nothing is saved or sent. Closing the tab erases it.
